Sinker Redwood 5' x 4" x 1"

Cut section into smaller piece

End grain

 Resaw

 Rough cut slices

 Run through planer to smooth out cut marks

 Join pieces together with jointer jig

 Use weights to hold down pieces while the glue sets

 Draw template outline

Mark a 1/4" line from template line

 Cut outside line on bandsaw

 Back braces

 Center supports

 Taper braces

 Back plate
